Hi everyone,
All I always hear from this embassy is "we are busy" and this will let them do whatever they want. They don't realize they are playing with people's life. They are so slow in process and slow to answer phones, emails and they think they have a right to play with people life and waste they're time. I tried couple times to call them and ask about the process and result of my wife's administrator processing which it suppose to be ready between 4 to 6 weeks (as they're official officer mentioned) and now is 15 weeks and no one is saying a word. They literally play with your life and they don't care. My wife was waiting for almost 4 years to get to the interview and now we passed almost 4 month and no one is responsible in this embassy. I called couple time, as is mentioned in their website they will answer for immigrant visa between 4PM - 5PM Monday - Thursday but good luck if you could talk with someone and get an answer. Receptionist will tell you "push number 1, 3 times till you can talk to someone an if no one answers the phone that means we are busy" and that's always the answer and if you do that you will listen to the recorded message and nothing else! I don't know if some other embassies are better or not but the thing is no where can be too different! It's government and you can't do anything about it, you have to just suffer and wait...
