The staff at the consulate was more than pleasant and helpful. The interview date was smooth as glass. We got there at 0640 the day of the interview. We were taken in at 0720 and our interview started at 0800. We were the first in line. We made a dry run the day before the interview and found out we should be there at 0700 and not 0800 as the forms in packet#4 had stated. They called Patricia in and spoke to her for about 15 min. Then they called for Gustavo, her son, spoke to him for a few minutes and they both came out and were approved. The entire process took about 45min. They didn't ask to see me. Considering all the things you expect to endure when dealing with the government, this process was a breeze!
