 After several emails from me to the Lagos consulate, and many trips to the embassy ( by my fiance). He finally got packet 3 & 4 on 12/27/06. He said he was told again that they have not received the packages, but he insisted,and finally a lady helped him, along with some other beneficiaries, and gave them their packets with their interview dates. I don't know if there is a backlog at the embasssy or if the process has suddenly got worse. My advice is that if once you start tracking your package via DHL, you should try to go to the embassy yourself ( with your NOA2 and NVC letters). A little insistence might pay off. I was kind of disappointed that the interview is in April.
