Wanted to begin with the problem: scheduling this interview was a nightmare: the website does not offers any dates, and anyone from the embassy responding to the phone calls could not provide any info on this. Was forced to pull some strings to accommodate this process to roll faster, looks like I was able to save 2-3 weeks by launching a formal complaint. There was never an official response, but several hours before I got an email that my complaint will be reviewed the schedule opened up and it even had the next day available!
Embassy itself was good, no lines for those that are going to be able to immigrate (I find it amusing as K1 legally is not an immigrant visa), interviewer was polite and smiling. Only asked about how we met, about my trip to Russia, about our Caribbean vacation that took place after we applied, browsed through the pics, glanced at I-134 and congratulated. In and out in less than 5 mins.
