My Naturalization interview lasted just over an hour. I think I was surprised as to the depth of scrutiny my documents received. I shouldn't have been but this was the only interview aside from the one for k-1 that I had received in the process. The officer was polite but firm and I never knew until the very last second that things were okay and I was to be approved, then he warmed up considerably and his countenance changed, My oath date was assigned to me that day for the following week.
Bring extra evidence to support your cohabitation. . I needed it. He asked specifically to see our health cards that listed our address and us on the policy together. I didn't have it but I did have car insurance papers and the registration to our car which he accepted.
The only other note I'd add was to make sure you leave extra time for parking. The nearest garage I could find was in the financial one building a few blocks away and I had to park on the 8th floor. Allow for extra time to get there- there is a dunkin doughnuts across the street should you need a place to kill time (as well as the public library).
