Entered as a student, availed of OPT then adjusted to an H-1B visa. JFK was a mess, as usual. But the immigration officers were quite nice.

I had a strange experience renewing my TN, which is supposed to happen only at the Canadian border. There was a man at JFK who insisted he needed to renew my TN, even though I knew he did not need to. He told me he usually worked at another job, and that they were training people in different areas ... read complete review
