Wife had no problem with either Customs or Immigration. As a matter of fact, it only took her about 25 minutes to clear both. JFK was a breeze and were very polite.

it was pretty painless. the immigration officer stamped the 90-day EAD before we asked. the whole process took about 40 minutes (most of the time spent waiting).

It took about 12 minutes to get thru customs and get the passport stamped.
