Everybody was in general nice and polite. However, there was an impolite Russian-speaking officer.

Her flight arrived early some other flights arrived late. It was a total log jam. It took 3 hours for her to walk through the exit gate.

Took over 7 hours missed his flight and had to get a new ticket and limo to Newark.
