JFK terminal 4 was a very easy terminal to pass through the POE.. All staff were very friendly and helpful..

Very very easy and friendly man at POE. I Was suposed to fly into Cincinnati OH but flight ws cancelled and went in via JFK!

She spent over 2 hours with immigration. The guy must have been new and had no idea what a K-1 visa was. It was a nightmare for her. Eventually a russian rep from the airlines asked her if it was her bags that were sitting over there. That was the big help.
