Everyone was pleasant. The Immigration officers were very smiley and one even said "Welcome to America". The whole process took 20 minutes. The Customs officer was all smiles, questioned me briefly as if we were just chatting over coffee and then waved me along. Was I really in New York?

Officers were helpful and friendly.. no problems just long wait for there were many folks coming in on that day.. officers joked and treated my husband with much respect and kindness..
