Husband(then fiance) was given the wrong form on the plane. At JFK, he was directed to another line where a lady filled out the I-94 form. She entered an incomplete last name, entered middle name as first name. This became a problem at the Social security office. We had to go to the nearest intl air... read complete review

Took 5 mintues to stamp passport (K-3 Visa) and kept yellow envelope medical package. Informed Visa is valid for two years.
