Really smooth and easy. It only took about 20 minutes to clear immigration.

Was shuffled around to wait in the side room, and then speak to various different people. In total probably took about 2 hours - there were loads of people arriving at the same time though so JFK was very busy anyway.

I was very happy with our POE. Both workers where very kind and pleasent to talk to. I asked a couple of question and was given advice with a smile. Our over all experiance was great!!!
