The IMM officer asked why i come to USA? I said "to get married", then he checked my brown envelopes very carefully and bring me into a room to wait for the passport to be stamped. no big deal, everything went nicely and pretty fast.
I got off the plane as on of the first since I had a seat pretty much in the front (try to check in online 24h before if your airline offers that option) and no other plane had arrived before us so the queues were short.

This was rather painless. We traveled together and had copies of everything. We were asked a few questions by the border patrol officer, then my fiancee was directed to a processing room. I have had very inconsistent treatment at JFK. I never know what to expect. This particular entry was without any problems, thankfully.
