Worse moment of my life!! I almost had a heart attack twice, all I can suggest is if your fiancee comes in on a late night flight be prepared to wait and be very patient. My fiancee arrived at 2:30 a.m. she didn't not exit customs till 7:00 a.m. No one will give you information as far as customs go ... read complete review

Everything went very smooth and there was no questioning for my Fiance. They were very friendly with her and were quick to give her the EAD. Loterly's plane landed about 520pm (40 minutes ahead of schedule). She was able to text me from the plane with her Globe roaming service that she got in Manila.
