We arrived at 12:10. I was the only person on my CR1/IR1 visa. I handed over the envelope to the immigration official who opened and processed my case. Only thing is that the state of Hawaii wants the chest X-rays so make sure you have them in your carry on baggage if you plan to stay in Hawaii.
