I got in the queue for visitors instead of the USC line, as directed by a nice Japanese gentleman. I didn't have to wait long, the line went down pretty quick. Nothing difficult, the officer asked where and when my fiance (at the time) and I met, what he does, and since I'd visited him a couple times before, what we did and where we went during my trips and stuff. no problems, everything went fast and smooth.... kudos for at least one govt. agency that gets it right... good job to the folks at LAX.
