we arrived at ORD, we went together to the new arrivals line but it was not very crowded and they ushered us to a citizens line. we entered, got our passports stamped, and we were escorted to the Immigration office, I think some people are interviewed in this office, there were several people, more ... read complete review

it was smooth and easy, after we left the plane there were not many people we went to the passport desk, the guy was from Thailand and very friendly, we had nice chat he took my picture and biometrics and wished me good luck i guess it took me not more than an hour there ![]() ... read complete review
