Spent about 10 min with the IO and he sent me to a room to get another finger print and the black security who finger printed me said in her big voice "Welcome to America" and I went and picked my suit case an out ...

I came in from Qatar, and landed at around 3pm. The line was very long and I had to wait about 60 minutes or more to get to the immigration officer. No problems at all - the whole procedure - 15 minutes.
No waiting at all BECAUSE:
