Not harassment at all. I entered with my fiance, the US citizen in the visitors line. The only question asked was how we met. They entered her I-94, Visa and passport info into the system. Stamped the passport and I-94 and said "OK, you're ready to go". Total time waited was about 5 minutes.

The interview took about 30 minutes, during which time the officer said that if I tried to live in the US illegally without going through with the marriage, he would 'hunt me down and kill' me! We only had a slight issue going through immigration in Houston. We were asked a couple of questions, sent to a small room to fill out a form we needed (I-94), and then we were on our way! The whole thing took about 10 minutes. Not really a big deal.
