There was hardly anyone there. He went through immigration just fine. He did have to go to another room to process his documents, but he said it was for only 20 minutes or so. You will clear immigration first. It did nto take too long for us, but our bags were sitting on the carrosel just waiting for anyone to pickup. We moved them through customs very easily and put them back on a conveyor belt to the next part of our flight.
