Entered Newark through the non-citizen line with my fiance and sister. My sister traveled to China with me to help my fiance pack her belongings. My fiance was entering using a K-1 visa. Very easy. My wife said she had to explain to the immigration officer what to do with her K3 packet. After he took her to secondary inspection they looked at the big envelope for about 10 minutes, stamped her passport said welcome to America and let her in.

It was pretty fast for me compared to others who took them three hours or so at the immigration. There was long line at the custom where they check your passport and the one you filled up at the plane before landing.
