We got to the POE with 4.5 hrs for our connecting flight. Unfortunately the officers were understaffed so too many people to serve. ARRIVED AT 3 PM BUT TOOK 3 HRS TO EXIT FROM THE ROOM. THEY ARE SIMPLY LISTENING TO THE RADIO MUSIC AND CHATTING IN SPANISH (MOST OF THEM I BELIEVE ARE OF SPANISH ORIGIN). VERY RUDE OFFICERS AND NOT INTERESTED TO WELCOME NEW IMMIGRANTS

Miami is a very busy airport, especially for POE on the weekends. Arrival time was 3:00 pm on a Saturday and it took about 2 hrs. Not a lot of questions, but was reminded of the deadline several times.
