Flew KLM to Miami International Airport with my fiance. When we arrived we were the only international flight arrival into Miami so there was no line. My fiance and I were directed to the US Citizen line at the passport control area and were second in line :-). All were nice and explained everything... read complete review

So easy! In and out in 2h. I arrived on a Sunday around 2 and went to the citizen/permanent resident line and was told it was the wrong line ("M'am, you're not a permanent resident YET").
