We flew in on a Tuesday around 3:30pm. They have the new immigration rooms open (new since Jul 2012). If you have a K1 visa, or immigrant visa, go through the "US Residents" line. All very tough and intimidating. The last and final officer that dealt with me was extremely tough, however at one point I started crying and he helped me calm down, asked me different things and once I was calmer he went back to being tough.

There was a lady when we entered immigration that was saying you could only use the citizens line if everyone in your party had a US passport so we got in the visitor's line. The immigration officers didn't care they had 60+ people waiting...they took their sweet time. Most of the time only two immigration officers were processing paper work.
