No secondary inspection was needed as he processed her entry at primary inspection. Long lines to get to the agent but once she was there at the booth, she was cleared through in 7-10 minutes. The agent did not speak any Spanish, and seemingly felt awkward trying to communicate with my fiancee, so didn't ask any questions, opened the visa packets for her and her son, and then told her "bienvenidos".
