We spent alot of time worrying about the interview what questions would be asked and in the end it was easy.
the interviewer asked some simple questions, where do you live, what is your home telephone number, have you ever been arrested.
She looked at our photographs from our honeymoon in Disneyland and our wedding here in Tucson.
Asked to see our joint assets and liabilities which were few due to Marc's work schedule and after that informed us of the approval!

We waited outside for the doors to open at 8 when our appt was scheduled. We were the first ones in put our interview letter through the slot in the wall and sat in the waiting room off to the right. It was about 8:20 when this friendly lady came out and called my name. She swore us in then verified our previous marriage status. Asked my full name, address, phone number, place of birth, first name of my birth parents and about 4 of the NO questions, how we met,(then was talking about how at least 80% of people she sees met online) and verified that we have no children. Then said "I'm going to approve your case, you will be getting your green card in as little as 1 week." I asked if she would give me a stamp she said no, that they arrive so quickly they don't give out stamps, if it doesn't arrive in a month come back. Asked if I am able to accept work yet she said no, that I could go to the job interviews but am not able to start work until my GC arrives. She asked if we had any... read complete review

After submiting our I-129F application, I realized that my fiance's Letter of Intent to Marry said he was asking for a V-1 visa instead of a K-1! I'm not sure why or how that mistake happened, but it made me extremely nervous. So, I decided to go to my field office to ask them if it would be a big problem. I had a 9am apointment and got right in. The office was pretty easy to find and well marked. The staff was friendly and efficient. And the officer I spoke with was very nice and reassuring!

I have had excellent luck and service with the Tucson DO. Whenever I make an Infopass appt, I can get one for the next business day. The staff are friendly and helpful. When I had an address change fiasco, they personally contacted the old district office to get my file transferred and informed me when it was received by their office. I also had a great interview experience.
