We had the appointment at the Tucson DO at 8 am. It is about 30 mins from our house. Of course it was raining like cats and dogs at the time. We left at 7 am and reached there around 7.45. The security did not let us in!! He said they open at 8 am! They had very little awning and that didnt protect from the rain at all.. so we ran back to the car and waited there until it was 8 am. By that time there were two couples ahead of us standing at the door in the rain. We all went in, after the security check, we were asked to drop the appointment letter in an opening in the wall and was asked to sit in the waiting area. IO came out and called the couple ahead of us. We waited 20 mins , the couple came out of the interview. They didnt look happy at all. IO closed the door and we waited for 10 more mins. She came back and called us. It was about 8.40am. We confidently walked in. I had organized very methodically all the documents. We had two albums- marriage album and our lifestory alblum ( ... read complete review

Well, we lined up for a appointment at 8 am. there were some people already in line, but it doesnt matter, because after you walk in you put your appoinment letter in a box and they call them at random. I was able to go in with my wife. The lady was very nice, she didnt speak any spanish but my wife speaks great english so it didnt matter. she swore us in, then ask basic questions like what is her birthday, how and when did we meet, she asked us for her ssc, and birth cerfitace, marriage cerft, and her emplyment authorixation. Then asked for some evidence and we showed her pictures, utitlyy bills, rent reciepts, she asked us how many people went to our wedding and if I had met hr family. Then she made copys of thngs and told us thatwe were apporved. So in all it was a postive expirenced. we were out by 830.

I had a great experience at the Tucson office. My appt. was for 8am, and I got there exactly at that time knowing the doors wouldnt open until then anyways. 2 people were ahead of my but i went in 2nd for the interview. They asked a few questions about address, etc, and asked to see some evidence like joint account, lease papers. They made copies and i was approved within 10 minutes. Every person I encountered was extremely friendly and this was the easiest part of the process so far.

20 minutes of wait but they were short in staff that day because of someone calling in sick. Very courteous and kind demeanor. Right down to the point and very professional. Done after about 10 minutes.

We went to our AOS interview today and it was APPROVED!! Yay!! Our interview was at 9:03AM but we got there about 8:30 and waited. There was only one other couple there. A lady called us at about 8:55A and we went and sat in her office. She interviewed us both in Spanish since my husband doesn't speak English. One of his friends came in case he needed an interpreter and they wouldn't let me translate but luckily the lady spoke Spanish. She asked to see our passports and ID's and then asked a few questions like how did we meet, when did we meet. She asked me how many times I had been to Peru and I told her about 8-9 times and she was like..."Really, that's expensive, how did you afford that" like she didn't really believe me - but I just told her that I worked and saved money to go and when I was younger my parents also helped me out and also my church when I went on missions trips there. She asked me what my husband's parents names were and how many people came to our wedding. She aske... read complete review
