DAMN!!!! It took them 7 months before they can actually get to May 16, 2006 Receipt Date...WTF!!! Then they TOTALLY MESSED UP my EAD application by telling me the first time I went there for an Interim EAD (Infopass) that "I CAN'T GET MY INTERIM EAD BECAUSE I'M MARRIED TO A US CITIZEN" That I have to wait for my AOS to be approved. I went to the Local Office for the second time (this was 3 months after I had the first info pass - a total of 6 MONTHS) and I was told that I SHOULD'VE GOTTEN THE INTERIM EAD 3 MONTHS AGO AND THAT I WAS ELIDGIBLE FOR AN INTERIM EAD SINCE I'M MARRIED TO A US CITIZEN. I wasn't able to get the card since they stopped giving one 2 months prior to my second Info Pass...being reminded by that incident makes me SOOOOOO MAD CAN'T THEY DO IT RIGHT!!!!! MY RATING RATING IT'S ZERO!!!! But then again, there's no "ZERO" below so I'll give them a "one"

Short interview. Officer was very pleasant and easy to talk to. We had to show the standard documents but no pictures. It was a pleasant experience compared to what we have been through. The officer stated that we should have our greencard in 14days. YOOHOO!

Interviewer was very friendly. She asked us how we met? She had some questions about my divorce 18 years ago. Anyway I was missing my G325 biographical information. She gave me sheet of paper for the request of the information and I was to send the G325 back asap. She then asked my wife about our baby. We were told we could not get the greencard until the FBI check was completed. No problem really we just needed to wait for that and we would not have to come in for another interview.

The building was a little tricky to find, but once there we were moved fairly quickly through the lines to wait in a large open area upstairs filled with chairs. The adjudication officers are on the side with all the doors; we moved nearer so we could hear our names being called (it was very noisy). We were called on time.
The interview itself took about 10 minutes. She looked at our relationship evidence and only wanted the employment letter from my husband (I had an I-864A prepared and she didn't care about that either). She verified my personal information including my birthday (which was incorrect), corrected it on paper (but something went wrong in the system...it appeared wrong on my green card), and stamped me approved.
She was friendly and very approachable.

Our appt was for 930am. We got there, went through security check (which so happens that the security officer was our assistant manager at our apartment).. Lined up at the counter to be called for our check in, proceeded to 2nd floor where we waited with a bunch of other ppl. We were there 30 minutes before our appt and got called in at 950am. We waited for almost 50 minutes because we were half hour early. We were called in by a female officer, led us to her office and swore in. She confirmed my personal information from the forms we submitted, asked how we met, how long we've known each other, what we had in common, and she asked us what we have for her as far as evidence of joint paperwork. I gave her everything I had, utility bills, vehicle ownership/insurance and our rental agreement. She then left to make a copy of some of our paperwork and came back, said things looks like everything is in order. I asked how long before I get green card and she said 14 business days. We'll see i... read complete review
