We waited for almost 30 ro 35 minutes, and I saw all other couples with the 8 am appointment as well walked by, I was getting very anxious, when he finally came he was nice, extended his hand and introduced himself, we walked together to the elevator, once in the correct floor he showed us the waiting are and told us to have a sit.
Another 10 min wait...
He comes out and tells me to get into the office, my husband tried to follow and he said no, just her.. I got really scared, I together the worst... Once I sat he canceled my visa, asked me how I met my husband, I said online. Then he asked, I see you used to come and go, from Mexico to usa really often, why? I answered because I have friends and I came on vacation...

It was wonderful experience at San Antonio USCIS office. We were coming from Temple, TX so we left really early to get there. The traffic wasn't bad considering we took the toll road. The office was easy to locate but you have to park on the parking lot right of the building(if you don't, nice security guy will guide you to park in the right space).
I was called in earlier than my appointment because my interviewer's previous appointment did not show up. My interview lasted maybe 10 minutes. interviewer looked at our files, did not look at pictures really... asked us few questions. jokes here and there. I got approved and it was super easy no sweat at all.
everybody was nice in the building also !

My interview was super easy, I was done in less than 10 minutes. The IO was a nice lady, she just aks a few questions about my dad. Unfortunately she gave me an RFE because my dad was not present at the interview. The RFE was a proof that my dad was still living in the United States and not in another country. After I send the requested info my green card was approved.

My case is different because my AOS was through my dad who is now a USC, when he petition for he was a LPR, that's why it took many years for my case to be resolve. At my interview I was given
1 RFE, which was easy to provided but 1 month later I received 2 more for which I too had the evidence but my lawyer made the mistake of not reading carefully and send the info for just 1 of the RFE's, which got my AOS to be denied. But he quickly filed for motion to reopen and sent the rest of the evidence. The case was open again in September 4, 2012 and approved the same day. Thank GOD!!!
