Review Topic: Adjustment of Status

Very good experience.

We arrived half an hour early but found a long line of people waiting to get in. Turns out they had no power in the morning so they opened late and had fallen behind 1.5 hours on appointments. We went through security then to a desk to present our interview notice and they took a picture of my husband with a patriotic background (which I'm guessing is the picture that will be used on his green card). He also said we were in a genuine relationship and he expects to approve us but needed to do a final background check and get his supervisor's final approval. He said it could take up to 4-5 weeks.

We were disappointed to hear it would take so much longer and that we weren't approved immediately. I was hoping to get a notification email or text, saying approved. But noth... read complete review

Very good experience. The officer was very nice and the interview lasted only 15 minutes during which we have been approved.
