Spouse-based 3 year interview. Took spouse to the interview since we also had the pending I-751.
I-751 portion was basically non-existent. Officer immediately started signing into the Texas Service Center system as soon as we walked into the office. Didn't request any documentation. Original filing was ~200 pages of various statements and evidence of joint activity. Also utilized the N-400 documentation as an opportunity to re-up all of that evidence. Officer actually showed us when they hit the approve screen. Got the update on uscis.gov the next day.
Very easy going naturalization interview. Provided a very large amount of documentation, officer didn't take any documentation from us, other than that he wanted to see the petitioner's passport. The whole process was very professional. The field office does a great job of moving cases and interviews. It took us about 2 hours from arriving to leaving. The interviewer was extremely nice and friendly. The interview felt very personal and conversational.

We had the interview today at San Antonio field office. The officer was really nice. He first went through my husbands I-130, asked him a few basic questions that were already on the form. Then he went through the I-485 with me. Then he asked if we had any joint documents. At this point I gladly pulled out my briefcase that I had a bunch of documents stacked in. The guy was really impressed, he even stopped me from giving him the documents, he jokingly said it was too much lol. We were in the office with him for approximately 15 minutes. He said he’d let us know if he needs any more documents (RFEs). Our case wasn’t approved right on the spot, but we were confident all went well. A few hours later, my case status updated to “Card being produced!†I thank God for making all this possible. And I’m wishing everyone here who’s still in the process all the best. There were days I was depressed because the wait can get to you. So hang in there, it will... read complete review
