Review Topic: Adjustment of Status

Interview went great. The officer just verified a few names and facts and that was it. No questions about the relationship or anything else. She then stepped out of the room for about 3 minutes and came back and said I WAS APPROVED! She went on to tell me about the two years condition and when I had to submit my application to remove the conditions. So we walked out of the field office feeling great and in a celebratory mood. We got some champagne on the way home.

Review Topic: Naturalization

Spouse-based 3 year interview. Took spouse to the interview since we also had the pending I-751.

I-751 portion was basically non-existent. Officer immediately started signing into the Texas Service Center system as soon as we walked into the office. Didn't request any documentation. Went through the normal questions, passed the civics and English/writing, then the officer gave us the option between two oath ceremonies, one in a week closer to the office, and one in two weeks but closer to our h... read complete review

Review Topic: Adjustment of Status

The whole process was very professional. The field office does a great job of moving cases and interviews. It took us about 2 hours from arriving to leaving. The interviewer was extremely nice and friendly. The interview felt very personal and conversational.
