Easy 15 minute interview, officer asked for our ID's then asked her name, address, etc and affirmed all of the security questions on the I-485. Asked me a couple of questions and for the marriage certificate. Asked for extra proof and I gave him a photo album from the last 9 months. Congratulations, this is clearly a bona-fide marriage. Application approved and green card should arrive in 3 to 4 weeks. Recvd NOA 12/7/17

We arrived a few minutes before our appointment. We were in and out of the building in less than an hour. The lady was nice and basically wanted me to say my "married name" out loud and then have my husband and I review our paperwork to make sure it was accurate.
Overall a great experience.

First off: YES you can bring your cellphone in!
You walk in through a security scanner (and have to take your shoes off) and need to show ID. Then you take the elevator to the second floor, room 200. Walk to the check in, give them
Your appointment notice and wait to be called.
Interview: very easygoing. The officer will go through your entire application question by question to verify details. Asked for my ID, green card and foreign passport. Then the test. Reading my was
"we can vote"
Writing test was
"Citizens can vote"
And then 6 easy civics questions (can't remember which ones though)
Then he congratulated me for passing and asked if I wanted to go to the next Oath ceremony in a month or if I wanted to be sworn in today. Since I live 4 hours away, I opted for same day
Note: if you get a 7:15 AM appointment, don't bother getting there ... read complete review

I'm surprised how few reviews there are for the Sacramento office! My husband and I had my marriage-based GC interview on 08/28/2015 at 8:45am. We live in the area but still left the house at 7am because of all the traffic heading to business I-80 at that time of morning (so non-Sacramentonians who have your interviews here, beware of morning rush hour traffic!). We arrived downtown at 7:45am and parked a couple of blocks northwest of the USCIS office (650 Capitol Mall) on L street & 3rd in the downtown plaza west garage. I have heard there's free two-hour and three-hour street parking south of Capitol Mall but we didn't want to chance driving in circles to score a spot and wind up being late.
The interview notice states to arrive no more than 30 minutes early for the interview but when we walked up to the building at 8am for our 8:45 interview, the friendly security guard smiled and waved us in. DO NOT FORGET YOUR INTERVIEW NOTICE! You'll need it. I was pleasantly surp... read complete review
