The interview was made with me (the U.S. Citizen spouse), my wife (the Vietnamese born Beneficiary, who entered on a Fiacee Visa) and the Immigration Officer (and a Vietnamese Interpreter on the speakerphone).
The Immigration Officer swore us in and then reviewed the questions on our application. Very quickly, the Immigration Officer combined the questions, about offenses, about every five, into one. The interview went quick. After about 15 minutes, the Immigration Officer said: “You’re approved... do you have any questions?†After we responded in the negative, she said that we should receive the Green Card in the Mail in a few days, and that if we didn’t have it in 30 days, she instructed us on where to contact. She also reminded us to apply for Removal of Conditions, and that we could submit the application 90 days before two years from the date (that very day) of our approval (and interview).

The officer already decided to approve our petition even before asking any questions, probably because my husband and I went to the same university.

Had interview in Sacramento field office on Jan 28,2020. It was a pretty smooth process.
We found parking near USCIS office @520 N St, Sacramento. Plenty of parking available when we were there.
and its' very close to USCIS office.
We arrived about 30 minutes before our scheduled time, after checkin, we had to wait for about an hour for getting called in office for interview. Interview lasted for about 30 minutes.
We were called by officer Simone and she walked us to here office. One in her office she gave us oath and started with going through I-130 application. First confirmed SSN of petitioner and went through the complete form, then asked questions about where met and when did we got engaged/married. Then asked full name of spouse and birth date and address.
Then she proceeded with I-485 application. First confirmed beneficiaries SSN and then asked full name, dob, address and long list of yes/no questions on I-... read complete review
