Incredible, amazing, beautiful. If you're filing anything here you're lucky. The whole process was smooth and fast. They don't receive that many cases so they schedule biometrics and interviews the minute they get the paperwork sent from the main offices. The interview was quick and painless. Our officer was very straightforward, he asked what was necessary, didn't ask uncomfortable questions (didn't even ask how we met or anything related to bonafide marriage), and approved us on the spot. Well, he actually said he had to do a final quick background check and then started to explain what were the next steps after getting my green card. So, it was a nice experience, I recommend it.

The security staff and our IO were great.
1:15 pm appt and we were out about a half hour later.
Asked security and address questions. We brought a folder with a replica of our applications and a few extra photos and examples but he said they weren’t needed and pointing to the large file on the desk said we had submitted more than enough. He just needed to submit one more background check using my husband’s fingerprint scan from the same day and that it should take less than an hour.
While our online approvals only came via text and through egov case status on 11/9, they reflect approved on 11/7, one day after our 11/6 interview.
He said things are much faster in the Reno office than other busier parts of the country. And my husband’s green card would arrive within 2 to 4 weeks.
