The entire staff was friendly and helpful. By far the best experience I have ever had with immigration to date. Interviewer was very friendly and had a sense of humor, joked around with us a little. The two guys at the front desk where you go through security were also very friendly, I say give them a raise! (Ok...not really...but they did do a great job!)

Ok here goes........
We arrived at the office 45 minutes early and our appt was at 11:00AM. Once we arrived we showed the security officers the appointment letter and once we passed through security they directed us upstairs to the second floor where the conduct the interviews.
Apparently the person scheduled before us cancelled their appointment so our officer called my husband in early...he went in at 10:45AM....so sometimes it does pay off to be a little early.
Anyhow they called my husband in alone to interview him first and I had to wait out in the waiting room. My husband said she asked for both of our employment letters, our paystubs and both of our passports. They did NOT take the I-94, the EAD, did not take our Vaccine Supplement, my paystubs, copies of my tax returns, or many of the other copies of documents we took along.
