Had a really great guy. He asked us a few questions and looked at few documents. Told us some great stories of people he’s helped and we shared ours. Very good experience. About 20 minutes it took.

Adjustment of Status interview for the K1 visa, 2 year greencard was held in Philadelphia at 11am, Feb. 8. We arrived about an hour early, and used the USCIS parking lot next door. We went into the building at about 10:45, and went through security. We arrived 15 minutes early for the interview. Our name was called for the interview 5 minutes early. We interviewed with officer Garcia, who was very nice and friendly.
He started off by explaining he didn't have a paper copy of our I-485 and it was all on the computer so bear with him while he tried to find certain things. He asked for the interview letter, both of our passports, and any other IDs we had. He asked my wife (the beneficiary) her name and date of birth, current address, when we got married, when she arrived in the US. He asked to see our marriage certificate. He asked my wife a bunch of the questions from the I-485 (have you sold illegal drugs, engaged in prostitution, planned terrorist activities against the US, lied to obtain a visa, etc.). He asked her if she was currently working. He asked for our "love story" which he allowed me to answer instead of my wife.
He said he doesn't expect us to have too much proof of marriage since its a r... read complete review
