I just wanted to review our interview for Adjustment of Status. We had a great experience, it ran very smoohtly.
We started our process on June 24th and on Sept 11th we had our interview. Everything was very quick! Even the interview was quick, and we were approved on the spot! My husband jokes that going through security took longer than the interview itself.
Our interview was scheduled for 1:45pm, last tuesday, Sept 11th.
We tried to arrive early, but traffic and parking in Philly almost made us be late!! We got there right on time. We were nervous because of that.
We were called in for interview less than 5 minutes after we sat down.
The IO was very nice, which made us feel relaxed.
He had us take the oath and proceeded in asking us the basic questions, name, address, etc.
Then he asked me(beneficiary) the yes/no questions. He asked to see our documents, birth certificate, marriage certificate, passport, and right away took my I9... read complete review

Our AOS interview was on August 22, 2013 at 9:45am in Philadelphia, PA. We arrived 30mins before the interview. We were called into the interview room around 9:45am. The questions were very straightforward and simple. The whole interview took less than 10mins.

Hi Had interview on July 25th.. Waited for 25 mins, then in for interview. Was very professional. Spent most of time reviewing documents in the file. Only asked a few questions. Asked to see docs about bank account, mutual bills etc.. That was it. Approved... 15 mins. GREAT

Well me and my hubs went to the interview today and it was a pretty east process. We waited about a half hour or so. After being called in we were told to swear oath and the questions began. First my hubs was asked how we met and how we kept in touch and asked us a few general questions like names, Dob, etc. Then she asked me the same questions. Since me and my hubs had a three year break before our second meeting, we thought she'd ask us for further infinite she didn't. I made sure our change of address was on file and gave her our new lease, insurance info and photos. The only thing I forgot to give her were my husband's pay stubs. It was about a half hour interview and that was it. We are waiting to hear the results!
