Our appointment was at 2pm. We got there at 1:15. Went through security, reception to give the notice and the women very kindly told us to take a sit and wait until they mentioned my name. They called us around 2:20 probably spent like 20 minutes max inside with the OI. She really didn\'t ask much. The first thing she asked was: How we met? Then she asked for picture. She told us to choose two pictures, One from the wedding day and another from a casual day. Then she asked if we had any bills or bank accounts. So we hand her, Electric bill, Bank Statement, at this point since we had copies of health and life insurance we handed in. After that, She stamp approved on the form I-485. She ask for my passport, stamp it, took it to photocopy it. She came in with the passport and started giving advise on how to filled for US Citizenship and removed the conditional status in the green card.
She was really kind with us.

We were scheduled for 2:30pm, walked into 26 Federal Plaza at 2:00pm, showed our interview letter in room 800, and were redirected to the 4th floor, where we showed the letter there along with picture IDs, and were told to wait to be called. There were about 30 other individuals in the waiting room.
We waited about 10 minutes, in that time only one other couple was called in. At 2:20pm an immigration officer called my wife's name. It was an african american lady about 35 years old. We followed her to an office, where she instructed us to remain standing, and swore us in. She invited us to sit down, and asked for original passports, birth certificates, marriage license, and any financial, insurance documents and any photographs we would like to present to support our application. While I was taking out the papers, she proceeded to question my wife, shooting out questions one after another.
Where did you meet? What were the circumstances? Who was with you at that time? Di... read complete review

Interview was scheduled at 9am. I arrived at 8:50am. Was brought to many different rooms where we finally received our interview about 9:35am. Interview lasted for 20mins. Was out on the street by 10am.
ISO sworn us in and asked us information about each other. Questions were very basic and simple. Our names, addresses, birth place, birth days. She then wanted to see any joint accounts, bills to show we live together, and pictures. She looked through our pictures diligently and for some pictures asked us about the other people in the pictures.
Overall, it was a straight forward interview with no trick questions. ISO was pleasant to talk to, however she did keep a very stern face at first.
She wrote in my wife's passport that the I-485 is pending and we will receive the green card in the mail. She told us about the "removal of condition" in which the office will remind us 90 days prior to the expiration.
