Interview was easy.. simply reviewed application no questions asked..
No answer if approved ‘ denied given just told to wait…
No updates or feedback given when called just told to wait wait wait
Eventually 6 months later green card arrived in the Mail
Only negative - I was kind of surprised not to find American flag etc in the building or offices it was a BLM and African decor if I didn’t know better could have swore I was migrating to Zimbabwe lol

About the interview: Officer was very ethical and respectful. We weren't approved on the spot. However got an update hours later that the card was being produced. We didn't take documents that had already being submitted with the AOS package. Officer asked us if we wanted to give them any additional documents that were necessary. We gave them tax returns, pay stubs, house insurance and house paperwork. We looked at photos together and clarified some information about an info that was wrong in my i94 travel history.

Everybody was super nice and friendly and the IO tried her best to put me at ease from the very beginning. We only went through the basics of the application and she asked a couple of the yes and no questions. She also asked how we met and where we got married and if I brought anything I want to add to my file. That was it. Maybe 15- 20 minutes and by the end of the day I received the card is being approved message.

This has been the most refreshing part of our Visa Journey.
Everyone in the New Orleans office has been friendly and very willing to listen, laugh, and help.
Our AOS interview was a breeze.
The agent called us back and after handing her my passport and my wife's Canadian passport that was expired (she had no issues with it), she went through the I-485 questions with my wife. After that she asked how we met and for proof of the relationship like bank statements and photos. As that is all we had, we handed it over and were approved. The entire process took from 7:40 am (appointment was for 8 am) to 8:35 am.
