Everyone that I have met there is very nice. The security person is nice and helpful, and the people who did my biometrics and the officer who did our interview were both really nice as well.
I didn't have any problem at all, and didn't have to wait at all for any of my appointments there either.
Quick and smooth! No complaint :-)

Our interview was scheduled for 8/4/14 at 7:30am. We got there at 7am but the doors were closed. Waited until they opened the doors at 7:15. Walked in through airport style security, dropped out interview letter in the slot and sat in the waiting room. The IO opened the door at 7:30 sharp and called our name. We both stood up, and then he said that only my wife (US citizen) was to go in first. I was a little surprised that we were separated for our very first interview. Though, with everything 'above the table', neither of us were overly concerned. About the only thing I was a little concerned about was whether or not my wife would understand exactly what document to present when asked. I had gone over the packet of information with her, but hadn't gone into all the details since I didn't anticipate being separated.

We arrived 15 minutes prior to our appointment and were called in for the interview within 5 minutes. The interviewer was an Army Veteran, so we shared a few comments about the Army, asked a couple of simple questions and said you're approved, Have a Nice Day! Short and Sweet! We were in and out of there in 15 minutes!

Super simple interview - we had some gaps in our time together and I was sure they would come up, but she just wanted to confirm answers I'd already put in my packet. I could see red pen, highlighter and sticky notes all over my packet, which was a little bit intimidating.
The lady interviewing me was incredibly friendly - there were no "are you sure?!" or "this seems odd" style comments - she even added "if you can remember" when asking my ex-husband's birthday. I honestly started to forget I was being interviewed, and spent most of the time checking out her impressive engagement ring...!
After about 10 minutes she told me they'd missed doing background checks on 'a few packets', but once that was done my GC would be issued. She assured me, "it'll probably not cause any issues, and in that case you should get it in the next 30-60 days" :D Good thing I'm as clean as a whistle!

walked in at 11:30am,interview was at 12:00pm, was called in at 11:35am. A gentleman walked us to his office, asked us our address and if I liked the football team from my home state, we made some jokes and he said I was tall and then he said if I had anything else, I said yes and gave him some stuff and pictures. he asked my husband what he did for a living and they joked about accountants being boring then I was approved and out at 11:50am.
