Had interview in Memphis, TN on 9/25 at 8:00 am. We arrived 45 minutes early, and there were already several people there waiting. The security and staff were wonderful, and really made an effort to put everyone at ease. We waited a bit and were called back shortly after 8:00 am. The IO was very nice and friendly. I brought a mountain of paperwork, but she only asked to see our passports. She said the file was in wonderful shape and the interview was just a formality. However, there was an issue with my wife's immunization form, as the doctor in Brazil checked the wrong box at the bottom! Oh no! But the IO gave us instructions to go see a civil surgeon and get the file checked correctly, and she even invited us to come back to the office to show her the completed form and she verbally promised us an immediate approval. We arrived 25 minutes before the interview. The security guards were very friendly. We sat in the waiting room just a few minutes before being called back. I forgot the officers name, but he was super friendly. He glanced through the paperwork we had submitted, asked for our ID’s and my husband’s passport. He asked my husband a few questions, and then did the same to me, and told us he was approving the case! We were out of the office before our schedule appointment time. I’d say it took us a total of 10 minutes. Status online changed immediately to “card being producedâ€! We brought mounds of paperwork, but weren’t asked for any of it. Very friendly people!

Had my interview on 08/17/2016 10:30 AM and It's APPROVED. They approved our case and the status changed to New Card being Produced even before we reached home. Interview went well and the interviewer was really professional and easy going she asked for our marriage documents, latest tax returns, and Life insurance policies which we didn't have it at that moment but she as okay with it and said it's fine no problem. She asked us just the basic question. So relieved to get done with this. Thanks to everyone on this forum all those key information really helped us a lot. Good luck to everyone.

Had my interview on 08/17/2016 10:30 AM. It was APPROVED. They approved our case and the status changed to New Card being Produced even before we reached home. Interview went well and the interviewer was really professional and easy going she asked for our marriage documents, latest tax returns, and Life insurance policies which we didn't have it at that moment but she as okay with it and said it's fine no problem.
