Went well but no decision on the spot. Waiting for the decision.

Interviewing officer was very nice, and tried to put me at ease. We were interviewed seperately. Asked several questions about our relationship and just every day questions that a spouse would know. Some questions I couldn't think of the answers (like the name of his oldest brother). She asked for more recent print outs of bank statements (the ones I submitted with the application were current but she wanted since then. I did not have these.). Also, because of an error In Chicago we canno get a final decision today- they apparently did security checks under the wrong date of birth. She apologized sincerely for this.

This local office is probably one of the best you can find.. Had to go there twice since after my itnerview, I received the wrong GC (10y). The lady that received explained everything to me, made copies of my papers, wrote down things with USCIS stamp. I mean, she really did a great job. For the interview, the I was really nice. She asked my husband to stay in waiting room (i got scared to be honesthaa), but she just intervew me. It was like.. 10 mins, time for her to type things in her computer. How and where we met, how many times, looked at pics and thats it
Dont be afraid! They seems to be a good team there
