The Las Vegas office was incredible. The staff were very kind and personable as well as competent and helpful. Everything went very quickly for us, from the bio-metrics interview to the processing of all applications. We had Conditional Green Cards in hand in around 83 days.

So I had my AOS interview on 20 Oct 2015, at Las Vegas USCIS office at 9.25am. We were there on time, got called to do the fingerprint and photo then sat back and waited for about 15 mins for my interview. My name was called and my husband and I followed the immigration officer to the room. Can't remember the officer's first name but I think his last name was Mazzam or something like that. He also asked my husband for his ID and if he's still working at the same company and how long. Then he asked me those questions like terrorism, criminal history, etc. which I said 'no' to all. He asked if we brought some photos which I did and it's a mini size photo album with 23 photos to be exact includ... read complete review

Showed up for the interview at 9:30am as suggested. You cannot bring any drinks or food into the office. After a 20 minute wait we got lead through to the office where we sat down with a Spanish lady. She made us do the oath, and then she started asking Elora (US Spouse) questions about how we met, how we stayed together etc. Then she asked me (Rob-Alien) some similar questions.
I told them that we had moved to another state and she was cool with it and updated there records. Told her that I was in the process of starting a job that was with the company I worked for in the UK previously. She was fine with it and even said how she recommends people try and do with if they work for a Trans Atlantic company. We told her that we were having a 2nd wedding in the church in September, she must have been Catholic as she liked that also.
The only issue we has was with the medical certificate. I never got an Influenza (Flu Shot) at the London medical the Dr ticked b... read complete review
