My wife and step-daughter had their adjustment of status interview. The interviewing officer was very friendly and kind the entire time.

They let me in before my actual appointment time and go through the process. Staff was nice and helping. It took me 15-20 mins to get done with everything.

We had my husbands adjustment of status interview yesterday. The process at the Greer, SC office was a very pleasant one. The staff was very upbeat and friendly and helpful. The appointment started a few minutes earlier than scheduled and was very to the point. Overall great experience!
