well, my bio app was yesterday. i reached there 1 hour earlier and in less than 15min i was done..
the office is not inside the blue hen mall anymore.. it moved a couple of months ago according to what i've been told.
they were very nice and very polite.

Got Biometric in Dover. Appointment on 1 pm but we came earlier around 11.45 am and they took the fingerprint directly maybe since nobody else there. The workers were nice and they didn\\\'t hard. After took my fingerprints, they took my pic and my headscarf needed tobe taken since the picture needs to show my ears.

My review is very late but wanted to write based on my Walk-in biometrics experience. Also because I thought my interview and biometrics wont be in the same location: Philly Interview and Dover DE bio.
I was scheduled for the Biometric appointment for June 2nd but decided to try for a walk-in due to the fact that it took almost a month from the receipt date of the AOS packet (April 22), until I actually received the Biometric letter (May 17th). My husband and I decided best for me to take a chance and try to get it done earlier (May 19th).
I successfully did my walk-in Biometrics in Dover (10:53am) and was out of there by 11:04am. The security was very kind when I explained to him my situation, making it impossible for me to keep and make the original appt(which would have been at 8am, June 2nd ) and he agreed that I already came far enough, so they let me do it- even though the fella who took my prints and pic was nagging that he had people for April, M... read complete review

Hello my September filers!
So I finally have my interview today! In my excitement I woke up 4am and started getting ready. My husband, mother in law and I started our journey on the way to the office around 6:30am. My appointment will be at 8am and just trying to get out the house early to avoid the morning rush. We arrived in the office at around 7:25am. Went through the security and everything. No digital camera allowed. Immediately ride the elevator going through the 3rd floor where the office is. There was already 2 couples( I believe so) ahead of us. Just gave my appointment letter and told me to sit down. It was 5 minutes to 8am when a woman called my name. My husband stood up and walked with me but the lady told him she wants to speak with me first. So I went inside the room brought with me my papers and bag. I sat down and told me to stand up first and made me swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth.. Crazy me So after that she smilin... read complete review

The office in Dover is very tiny and a tricky to find, since it is inside a Mall! It does not say it in the Appointment letter so I just wanted to give people a little more guidance on how to find it.
It is inside the Blue Hen Corporate Center & Mall. As you drive into the parking lot from Bay Rd, there will be some doors right in front of you. Those are the doors you should walk through for the office. The office will be on the first corridor to your right, I think the 3rd door on your left. There is a large sign for ASC over the doors.
The officers were friendly and the appointment was fast and completely hassle free! The hardest part is finding the office!
Ps. If you are coming from the North on S. Dupont Hwy, stay on the left as the road splits and Bay Rd is the one on the left (the signs point to highway 1).
