Our appointment was at 1:00 pm, and we got there half hour early. Since it was lunch time, we had to wait till about 1:10, when my wife (US citizen) was called in first (with a photo ID), while I waited outside. After about 10 minutes, I was asked to join her. The interviewer asked me some of the same questions that were already on the I-485 and I-130, viz. my address, when I got to the US, my SSN, birthday, was I ever arrested, was I linked to any terrorist activity, etc. She then wanted to look at evidence (not pictures) that we were living together as a married couple. We had our insurance, bank accounts etc ready. She informed us that she didn't see a reason to not approve our I-130, but that my name was still undergoing a background check. She said that this could take a while if my name sounded like others on the FBI's list, and also that there were people filing lawsuits over this. oh by the way she took Iryna's I-94 and Dasha's I-94 out of their passport but to my knowledge they did not get the I-551 stamp in their passports.
The interviewer was like a robot did not smile much did look through all of our pictures we brought and was very surprised when Iryna told her I met with her parents when I was in Minsk with her.
She asked Iryna my two kids date of births, my DOB and her daughters DOb oh and Dasha had a interview at 9am and Iryna had hers at 8:30am but she did nothing about Dasha as she is only 3 told me when she interviewed me that we did not need to stay as she had everthing she needed on Dasha and that we were finished and could go home.

Success...and it only took literally 4 minutes!!
Our appointment was for 1:00pm, but we got there around 12:45 and handed our interview letter in. We were called by a young lady about my own age or younger at 12:55. We walked into the room with our 2 folders of documents and supporting evidence, 1 bag of cards, 1 large wedding album, 1 small wedding album and another album of miscellaneous pics.
She asked us to raise our right hands and swear that we were telling the truth. Then we sat down and she looked for my passport and Rob's driver's license. She asked was our address and phone number the same, she verified my date of birth and then asked how we met. Then she asked about 5 questions of the "are you a terrorist" page submitted with the I-485 and that was it! She said my Welcome Letter and Green Card would be in the mail in 3 to 6 weeks and have a nice day! I even said, "is that everything?
