We had a case for marriage-based AOS. We were able to park about 5-10 minutes away at a parking lot and walk to the office. They directed us towards the waiting area after going through the security. Their pandemic response was good: everyone was wearing masks, and they took took our temperatures and asked us to put on hand sanitizer before entering the interview. We only had to wait about 15 minutes after the scheduled time for the interview.
The officer was very nice and in no way hostile. They simply asked us to hand over any additional documents, and asked some simple questions about any travels we did together, how we spent our holidays, and any shared finances. The interview took about 30 minutes. I would recommend bringing copies of all documents you submitted with your application, the officer had trouble finding some of the supporting evidence we had submitted and it was useful to have another copy.

Finally after being tortured during 2 hours interview by an ice cold blond woman, my wife got her green card. The number of questions was excessive and the level of details was annoying. Evan if this case was a clear cut, knowing each other for over 10 years, visiting her every year, and showing her a bunch of pictures taken over the years was just not enough. She was digging and digging like a gofer. It does taken a high IQ to figure out that there was nothing to find in a case like this. Seeing her wasting her time on futile questioning made me think how sad and frustrated in her life to have only succeeded to get a stupid job like this one after seeing her diplomas proudly on display showing that she graduated school with a bachelor degree in science, and a Master in Business Administration.I would be also very frustrated to know that a high school degree is enough for this kind of job. She may have been also frustrated by the fact that I make 3 times more money than she does. ... read complete review

Very mean and stupid big black woman named Thompson is to be avoided at all cost. Right at the beginning, she pretend to see confusion on the visa (which was issued by the US Consulate) between the first and last name. This was bull right at the beginning. She denied the green card of my fiancee for not speaking perfect English. I speak with my fiancee for the last 10 years in English and she understands me. That USCIS woman is a disgrace for the USCIS office, she should be sent home, and not work for the taxpayer. Today, I am ashamed to be American, and angry at the way my fiancee was treated. She is a small little woman from Asia and that stupid bitch was interrogating her like she was guilty of something. Shame on you USCIS to have hired so stupid.

Everyone was very sweet and helpful. Agent was apologetic and seemed surprised that we'd been sent there considering the strength of our petition. Wait time wasn't too bad. No complaints.
