Everyone was going swimmingly until the i,,igration officer turned to the computer to retrieve my fingerprint and FBI check........they were gone from the system. Also somehow between applying and getting my EAD my A# got changed on my file. I had to go get refinger printed in Cleveland. The fingerprinting guy was rude, thought I had not shown up for my appointment. Believe me I assured him this was a immigration screw up not mine. He initially told me my fingerprints were attached to someone else's identity but then tried to assure me they werent....I was NOT a happy bunny. I was told the wait would be about 6 weeks....now 10months on mypatience is wearing thin.

12 Feb 2007, 15 minutes Interview, was captured on video. How we met?. Both met each other families? Difference in religion. Like food and culture. How is the weather as compared to here? Recommeneded for Approval today. So file for I751 (Removal of Conditions) within the 90 days window of GC expiring. not a day before, not a day after. Can apply for Citizenship after 3 years [12 Feb 2010].
It was great interview.

interview went really quick. after 20 minutes we had been out of the office. Interview was scheduled for 8:30 and we got in at about 9:00. The officer went through the paperwork to check everything was there and filled out correctly. He changed our address in the documents. Asked how we met and wanted to see some proof. We had him choose where to start. He wanted to see pictures. That was all. He was convinced and we were approved. He did not want to see any letters, joint bank account information etc., probably because we have been together for 10 years now.

Fast, nice interviewer for both my appointment and my sons.
For mine, i got the barrage of questions regarding me personally...do i plan to practice polygamy, do i plan to traffic drugs, illegal immigrants, etc etc.
She briefly looked a tthe wedding album and said reccommending me for approval pending FBI check.
My sons was even simpler, asked him less questions, said he was approved pending my approval.
It was really fast actualy, barely any waiting time and the interview was fast also.
