Well Today July 28, 2009 was our interview in Cleveland and everything went very quickly. We had a nice officer, she was really nice. The whole interview only lasted about 15 mins (i think it was less). They reviewed Ali's paper work, ask me how we met and how our relationship progressed, and then asked for any supporting documents (joint accounts and such). That was it short and painless!

We had a really good experience. Just a few questions and our interviewer took some of the evidence we brought and told us it all looked good. My husband received his 10 year green card within a few weeks.

Very pleasant interview. Right on-time, so don't be late. After arrival we dropped our original appointment interview notice in the designated basket and at 1.30pm we were called in. The questions were mainly checking the supplied information on the application followed by the obligatory 'how did you meet?' and a review of some of the evidence we brought. We had our USCIS history, birth certificates, wedding invites, wedding program, wedding pictures, carts to both of us, bank accounts and insurance papers with us. The whole interview lasted maybe 20 minutes and we were told that all was good and we would receive the approval within 6 weeks. Turned out the approval was granted 2 days later and 12 days after the interview I received my Green Card.
All-in-all: perfect experience with local Cleveland CIS office.

Our appointment was at 1.30pm on March 10, 2008 in downtown Cleveland. For other members: parking is available across the street in the parking garage on your left, just north of Lakeside and East 9th). Interview as part of our I-485 filing based on the I-130 application. I was already in the States as of July 2003 on an L1b-visa and had received the PERM certification needed for the Employment Based I-140 already. We brought a number of binders (1 with originals, 1 with copies, filled with bills, travel receipts, insurance records, cards to and from us), our wedding pictures and an album highlighting our history that we used at our wedding. The interview went very, very smoothly. We were called-in together right at our appointment-time at 1.30pm (so DON'T be late in Cleveland!!) and after a very pleasant interview were we were asked to verify certain information on the application forms, show some of the binders we brought and after some final 'how-did-you-meet' questions we were outs... read complete review

My interview experience July 20'th 2007 Cleveland, OH
We got there at the immigration office around 10AM and our appointment was for 10:45AM. There were not too many people, may be around 5-6 couples
We put our notice and waited. We were called in around 11:15AM.
The officer was female and introduced herself as Agent simpson and apologized for making us wait and how she was taking care of some business and forgot
our notice. She made us swear to tell the truth and started the videotaping. She looked at our ID's and mentioned how she was a few houses away from our place visiting friends Thursday evening. She asked for my passports and first thing, she took the I-94 and stapled it to her file!. She went through my G-325A information and verified my address and where I work, my school and all my parents details. She looked at my passport and saw all the times I have gone and come back into the country and mentioned that I had successfully maint... read complete review
